RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND DAMAGED GOODS

Customer satisfaction is our top priority at Twilight Luminary. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise, we will be happy to offer a refund, or an exchange (not including shipping) for any unused product that was purchased. Please inspect your merchandise immediately to determine if your merchandise has any defects. Product must be returned within 7 days of receipt. We must then receive the return within 14 days (allowing 7 days for shipping). If your merchandise is not received within this time frame or is not returned in new condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

In the event that you receive the wrong merchandise, we will send you the correct replacement product, please contact us within 3 DAYS of receiving your merchandise via email. You will then need to return the item, please place merchandise back in the original shipping box, and ship back to us with confirmation number provided in email.

**Wholesale business orders cannot be returned.

DAMAGED GOODS

Refunds or Exchanges will be issued on defective or damaged goods.

Your replacement product will only be issued once the wrong item has been returned. If you request a replacement, we will issue your replacement item (subject to availability) at our cost once we receive the return. Any damages occurred during delivery needs to be addressed directly with carrier service.

All returns must be emailed to us before the product is shipped back. We will give you a confirmation number that must be included in the return. Customers who decide to "refuse delivery" or "return to shipper" as means to return merchandise, will be charged full value of the order. We will hold the returned merchandise for 31 days, at which time it will be become the property of Twilight Luminary. During the 31 days, customers may request the merchandise to be re-shipped; however customer agrees to pay all new shipping costs.
